Waterford’s rising trad-fusion powerhouse, The Wran, have just announced a massive headline date at The Grand Social, Dublin on Friday, April 3rd, 2026.
Over the last 12 months, the band have been building serious momentum with slots at Glastonbury and All Together Now, plus high-profile support dates with The Scratch, as well as their own Irish & UK Tour. Their sound is a unique collision of banjo, guitar, drums, distorted bass, and nearly any other type of instrument you can imagine. The band recently played Dublin's NYE festival as well as Whelan's Ones To Watch 2026.

Their latest single, "Sullivan's John", has been warmly embraced by fans, but it’s on the road where these lads have really earned their stripes. The Dunford brothers have been up and down the country non-stop, putting in serious graft and honing their live set in venues big and small. All that hard work has paid off, cementing their reputation as a must-see live act.
With their reputation for high-octane live performances growing by the day, this show promises to be a highlight of the spring calendar.
Get on this fast, it'll sell out!
